Footloose In America

 Winter 2006-07 the Kennys and Della spent in Hingham, Massachusetts south east of Boston. The town was founded in 1635

 Hingham was founded by the Hersey family. This house at 150 Hersey Street was where they first settled. The Kennys lived here and helped with the resortation of this house and other family artifacts. Behind the house is a barn and pasture where Della spent the winter.

While they were at the Hersey place, every school day at 3:05 this bus would stop for a moment and the kids would yell, "We love you Della!" On the last day of school Della was waiting for them at the curb.
